3D PRINTING FOR RAPID PROTOTYPES

We have just purchased the latest 3D printer allowing us to rapid prototype and test prior to having tooling made for production of components.

DIE CUTTING

We provide precision die cutting services to a broad range of industries throughout the U.K. and Europe. We have great experience in die cutting a wide variety of materials enabling us the capability of meeting every die cutting need.

We can help with advice on the most suitable materials and how best to create the product you need. We pride ourselves in using high quality, internationally known materials, many of which we keep in stock enabling a fast and efficient turn around on orders.:

INJECTION MOULDING

With two machines, we have the ability to produce volume plastic products in a cost effective way using a range of materials from polycarbonate to acrylic, ABS and others.

SLATWALL MANUFACTURE

We produce over 60,000 sheets of slatwall a year for numerous customers, with our flexibility to machine custom colours and sheets sizes we are regarded to produce standard and bespoke products to our customer requirements. We stock a wide range of slatwall accessories, including our own range of injection moulded shelves & hooks.

PLASTIC EXTRUSION

We have 2 plastic extrusion lines. This gives us complete control of production quantities, colours and specification. This allows us to meet the demands of our clients for small production batches within a short lead-time.

PLOTTER CUTTING

Our Aristo cutting machine allows us to produce our own vinyl logo graphics, as well as enabling us to produce cut outs of cardboard, laminates and textiles.

SPRAYING AND FINISHING

With our spray shop facilities we are able to spray substrates and numerous types of finishes. Substrates such as MDF, glass, metal and timber and finishes like water based, pre-cat and PU in a number of gloss levels from matte to ultra-gloss that has gone through a long polishing process. We have an in-house French polisher for the more technical finishing of joinery products.

MEMBRANE PRESSING AND VINYL WRAPPING

With two machines, we have the ability to produce volume vinyl wrapped components along with a deep chamber. Unlike other companies, we can produce thicker wrapped components. Using a range of materials supplied like Kydex we can produce hard wearing product for retail, commercial and domestic application.

LASER CUTTING AND ETCHING

With two laser cutting machines and etching machines we are able to laser a multitude of materials from Acrylic, wood, leather, glass and laminates. We are able to cut up to 30mm thick material with precision, the largest size is 3m x 2m, this is one of the largest machines in the UK for these substrates. We are also able to laser around cylindrical objects as well.

CORIAN SOLID SURFACE FABRICATION

As leading Corian fabricators working in the retail sector, we specialise in creating first class worktops and a range of other products. We manufacture our worktops using our own factory and no subcontractors. This allows us to produce affordable Corian products, offers excellent quality to our customers. From sleek new surfaces for your kitchen to counters for your shop, we’ll ensure each worktop we produce meets your exact specifications.

As authorised Corian suppliers, we’re adept at producing products that are low-maintenance and aesthetically pleasing.

VACUUM FORMING

Plastic vacuum forming is the essential plastic manufacture process, turning a simple sheet of Acrylic or Perspex into just about anything. The possibilities are endless with thermoplastics as they can transform a basic flat panel into a multi-dimensional item.

MODERN CNC PROCESSING FOR JOINERY AND PLASTICS

We have modern computer numerical controlled machinery ranging from CNC routers, drilling machines, saws and edge banders. We have full control of the products that we manufacture in terms of quality and speed of production. The same equipment will be used if we are producing 1 off of manufacturing a volume fixture roll out. This is an area that we invest in continually and have around 1 million pounds worth of new equipment.

TRADITIONAL JOINERY

With our time served Joiners combined with our traditional wood working machinery we can produce the most elaborate element of joinery, from staircases to hardwood shopfront. From timber showcase to intricate cash desk with moulded details and raised and field panelling. We have the capabilities to almost produce anything that our clients require or can imagine.
